Development Session Refunds:
Apex Lacrosse Club (Apex) skills and development sessions will offer the following refund policy for a properly registered individual:
-If a refund is requested 14 days prior to the commencement of the program, players will receive a full refund less a 15% processing fee. Refund requests with less than 14 days notification shall be considered when a medical condition prohibits a registrant from participating. Refund requests after 14 days , or during the development sessions will not be granted.
Program Cancellation Refunds:
-In the event that Apex fully cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances prior to the start date, properly registered individuals shall receive a full refund, less a 15% processing fee.
-Apex will not issue refunds in the event that practice sessions or aspects of sessions are altered or cancelled due to weather conditions or other factors.
-Due to circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, in the event of an outbreak and/or government order prohibiting sessions or programming, Apex will offer credits to future programming.
-Team tryout fees (if implemented) are non-refundable
-Once a player has accepted a position on a travel team, a travel deposit will be issued and collected to secure the player's spot on the team. Travel deposits are non-refundable and any subsequent payments once made are not refundable. Should a player request to withdraw with an outstanding balance, additional charges for operating costs that Apex is unable to recover may be charged.
Apex Volleyball Club
-Refunds are not available after the signing/registration date regardless of injury, or any other reason an individual no longer wishes to be an active member of of the team.
Apex Directors reserve the right to issue credits or refunds at their discretion in extreme circumstances and have the right to refuse any refund requests that do not fall within the Refund Policy stated above.
