Overview
Our focus with our first Skills Session will be to get players back in the game. Our small group sessions will provide players of all ability levels the opportunity to build up ther skills through high volume of repetitioin and professional instructions.

Our skills sessions will be lead by Erik Turner Director of Development and Training along with our dedicated Apex Lacrosse Crew that have extensive box lacrosse playing and coaching experience.

Facilities
We will run our first sessions out of the Turf Training Centre. Their dedicated staff will ensure that all AHS safety measures are in place so that our players can have a safe and effective training experience.
